Tom Young is a fresh, innovative stand-up and improvisational comedian from Leicestershire. Tom's work includes routines about his own appearance, song lyrics, the alphabet, dating, fashion, childhood experiences, mass media over-reactions and much more.
Tom studied Creative Writing at the University of Northampton, and was a regular performer with the university's improvised comedy group "Indescriptable". Tom has also performed with Leicester's Unidentified Flying Improv group since January 2010, including performing in shows in two Leicester Comedy Festivals.
Tom currently serves as the regular compère for the Y Theatre's "Emergency!" Arts Night in Leicester, and, until recently, the Comedy Lab in Northampton.
Tom is available for stand up bookings, as he is looking to develop new material to add to his repertoire.
